ADDITIONAL OUTPUTS (SARA EDF)

SARA EDF PE allows printing all the statements asked by the EDF procedures to support the record of expendures files (about 16 statements).

It allows also to print the payment requests ( PO , POnul, and RO)

Additionally SARA EDF NAO allows to print the PO , POO and RO themselves, and the contract cards themselves and all the requested statements related to the

Specific commitments (Service, Supply and work contracts).

SARA EDF NAO makes also available summary outputs related to the NIP as a whole.

ADDITIONAL OUTPUTS (SARA PROJECT MANAGER)

SARA PROJECT MANAGER makes a detailed budgetary follow-up for projects/programmes and keeps a normal double entry accountancy as well (including the invoices, the disbursements and all kinds of miscellaneous operations.

It is multidonors and multicurrency, and concerns the income budget as well as the budgeted expenditure.

It is possible to follow-up each accounting year and/or several years as a whole.

Summary statements are available (several currencies (budgetary accountancy, general accountancy, depreciation tables…).
