BURKINA FASO	February : Installing SARA PROJECT in a second ADB financed project August : Support to the bookkeeping of an Administrative Public Board with “SEMPI” software
Indian Ocean Commission (Mauritius)	September : • Assessment mission about Compliance with Criteria of a contribution agreement with EU • Installing SARA PROJECT in a World Bank financed Project • Installing SARA COI in a French cooperation financed project • SARA COI yearly maintenance in 4 projects and updating the training of the users October-November : • Making the IOC Performance budget • Draft manual of administrative and accounting procedures
FRANCE	January-April : Customizing(new feature) SARA PROJECT( already customized in 2009) for the budgetary following-up of a mutual society April : Training session at the FORHOM Insitute (SARA PROJECT) about the financial and administrative following up of projects/programs November : Training session for administrative and financial project management (FORHOM Institute)
GABON	July, December(2assignments) : : Support the closure of a major project to support non-state actors
LIBERIA	January : Installing SARA EDF PE and training of the users.
MADAGASCAR	Throughout the year : • Support to accountancy of 2 Fishery sector institutes with SARA PROJECT; • Training of the Users. • Control of the accountancy for an EU financed grant contract. January-June : Developing on the Internet (JavaEE) a DBMS about the results of an environmental project in MADAGASCAR January-August : Contrôle comptable d'un contrat de subvention financé par l'UE September-October : Support to a Malagasy NGO to ease the closure of an EU financed grant project.
MAURITIUS	September : Installing SARA NSA in a private Foundation aiming at distributing small grants
MAURITANIE	June - Aout : Installing SARA EDF PE within 1 EDF financed project. Support for the accountancy getting started
MAYOTTE	October : additional training SARA ON and update databases Project
NIGERIA	June – Août : • Development of two utilities to capture decentralized accounting (SARA and SARA REGIONAL NSA) • Setting SARA FED ON • Training of the users. March : Installing SARA EDF PE in 6 regional affices implementing a big NSA support project - Training of the users. Febroary-March : Supporting the closure process of a PE managed with SARA EDF PE
PORTUGAL (PALOP)	April : Support to a training session for SARA EDF users in Portuguese speaking African countrie. Installing SARA EDF PE and SARA EDF NAO in several new projects.
SOLOMON ISLANDS	April-May- November : Installing SARA EDF PE within 4 EDF financed projects. Support for the accountancy getting started
TIMOR LESTE	July-August and October : Installing SARA EDF PE within 3 EDF financed projects. Support for the accountancy getting started REGIONAL SARA facility for the holding of a decentralized body of the 2 projects
UNION OF COMOROS	July : Installing the latest version of SARA EDF in all projects financed by the EDF and the Support Unit to ON.
